Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026
Last Updated: August 2, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AiRysk Inc. (“AiRysk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on airysk.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

This policy covers our website only. The AiRysk browser extension and endpoint agent do not place cookies on any website, do not track browsing activity for advertising purposes, and do not share enterprise data with advertising networks.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site owner. This policy also covers similar technologies such as pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits, which we refer to collectively as “cookies.”

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Our consent management platform groups cookies into five categories. Necessary cookies are always active; the other four are controlled by your choices in the preference centre.

Necessary: Required for the website to function and to remember your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off. This includes the consent record set by our consent management platform.

Functional: Remember choices you make, such as display settings, so the site behaves consistently across visits.

Analytics: Help us understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, such as which pages are most visited and how people navigate between them, and let us associate a demo request with the visit that produced it.

Performance: Help us measure how the site performs so we can improve load times and reliability.

Advertisement: Used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to understand how you interact with our campaigns.

How your region affects this

Our consent banner detects the privacy law that applies where you are and behaves accordingly. In regions with opt-in requirements, such as the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom under the GDPR, non-necessary cookies are blocked until you actively allow them. In regions with an opt-out model, such as parts of the United States, non-necessary cookies may be set when you arrive and you can withdraw them at any time using the preference centre or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control.

3. Third Parties That Set Cookies

We use the following third-party services on our website. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

  • CookieYes: Our consent management platform. It presents the cookie banner, records your consent, and applies your choices to the other tags on the site. Classified as necessary.
  • Google Tag Manager: A tag management container used to deploy and control the other tags on our site. Tags delivered through the container are gated on your consent choices.
  • Google Analytics: Deployed through Google Tag Manager to provide aggregate website usage statistics. Classified as analytics.
  • HubSpot: Our customer relationship and marketing platform. It powers our demo request form and associates a submission with the visit that produced it. Its cookies are classified as analytics.
  • Cloudflare: Provides bot protection in front of our forms. Its cookie is classified as necessary.

If we add or remove a third-party service, this policy and the preference centre are updated to reflect the change.

4. Managing Your Consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, and doing so is as easy as giving it. Use the button below to reopen the preference centre. Depending on the privacy law that applies where you are, you will see either a toggle for each category or a single control to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it. Necessary cookies remain active because the site cannot function without them.

5. Browser Controls

Independently of the preference centre, most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and can alert you when a cookie is being set. Because these controls are browser-specific, your choices will not carry across different browsers or devices. Blocking all cookies may cause parts of our website to stop working correctly.

Our website also honours Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.

6. Cookie Declaration

The cookies currently detected on this website are listed below. Retention periods are set by the provider and may change; the preference centre always reflects the current list, and you can open it from the Cookie Settings control above.

No cookies are currently detected in the Functional, Performance, or Advertisement categories. Those categories remain available in the preference centre so that your choice is recorded in advance if we introduce such cookies later.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to the technologies we use or to our legal obligations. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
